Refunds may be issued for faulty goods on proof of fault (contact made with photo evidence) within 14 days of receiving item/s. Please note you may be required to return the item/s to us – at your cost, in order for the refund process to be completed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then also notify you of the approval or rejection outcome of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded if faulty, unfortunately, all sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only replace items if they are proved to be faulty, defective, or have arrived damaged. In which case please send us an email at [email protected] to be discussed and arranged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are return shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so if it is sent untracked and goes missing – we are unable to help.
